Improve your childs fitness, focus, discipline and confidence with our fun and engaging courses.
Our kids’ and juniors’ boxing courses are designed to help young people develop a love for sports and fitness. We offer both term-time courses and holiday camps for ages 6-10 and 11-16, catering to both beginners and those with more experience.
Throughout the course, participants will build their boxing skills, starting with the fundamentals of technique and footwork, followed by practice on focus pads and bags. More experienced participants will have the opportunity to step into the ring and begin sparring. Each session also includes fitness training, skipping, and circuit workouts, ensuring your young champion stays fit, strong, and motivated.
Our courses are divided into two age groups: Kids (6-10 years) and Juniors (11-16 years).
We offer both beginner and experienced groups that run throughout the week.
Boxing is suitable for everyone, especially for kids who may not have previously enjoyed or excelled in traditional sports.
It also serves as a fantastic way to help children focus, calm busy minds, and provide an outlet for stress and emotions.

The best way to introduce your child to boxing is by booking a taster session. This session allows your child to experience a real boxing class in a supportive and welcoming environment.
It’s also a chance for our coaches to assess your child’s skill level and recommend the best class for them to join.
For younger children (6-10 years) the sessions run for 40 minutes. Juniors sessions (11-15 years) are slightly longer at 50 mins.
They will need handwraps and boxing gloves. We sell handwraps in the gym. Kids boxing gloves can be purchased at Sports Direct, Decathalon or online. (we use Geezers Boxing)
We are happy to lend gloves to start off with for your childs first term.
They should wear comfortable gym wear, trainers and bring along a bottle of water.
Experienced children will require a gumshield for sparring – this are availble for sale in the gym.
If your child can’t make their usual training day we will do our best to accomodate them at another class. You should check at reception if there is space on another day.
Sessions cannot be carried over past the end of term.
