BAG AND BURN
Mixing boxing drills on the bags and circuits on the floor, bag and burn will increase your heart rate so you can achieve an excellent work out!

Kettlebells mixed with boxing drills on the bags, what is there not to love about our high intensity bag and bells sessions?!
LUNCH BOX
A lunchtime cardio blast class combining boxing drills and bodyweight circuits.
FRIDAY FINISHER
Our famous Friday finisher is extremely popular and is a strong way to complete your week’s training in style!

TECH SKILLS
Technique based sessions that combine strategy with fitness drills in an intense and fun class.
TECH SPARRING
Controlled sparring sessions that develop our boxers and drive everyone taking part to get sharper and more skilled.
At 12 Rounds we believe boxing is for everyone and that includes children. Our kids sessions are available to children 6 years old up to 16 year olds. These interactive sessions are a fun exciting way to introduce children to the sport, teach discipline and give them an outlet to manage stress and emotions.
We run both term time classes and holiday camps.
Kids are split into 2 age groups: 6-10 years and 11-16 years. We have sessions for at both beginner and experienced level. Beginner level sessions are non-contact and focus on technique, drills and games.
Kids can start by booking a kids taster where the coach will advise of the best course for your child.
