We believe that there should be no barriers. We’ve had members in their 70s training with us. Our instructors will work with you to take things at a pace you are comfortable with.

Choose from our fitness boxing classes Bag and Burn, Pad Attack, Lunchbox or Friday Finisher and continue developing your skills in Contenders – our level 2 skill class.
That’s ok – many of our members box simply for fitness and the feel good factor. Boxing is one of the best workouts around and by far the most enjoyable. Learning a skill makes training much more engaging and is a great tool to quieten a busy mind. For those who want to progress we offer sparring and fight programmes.
